This is Princess again.
Being from Ivy's kingdom she too dresses in White Starr style.
White Starr is very devided on fashion. The upper classes and very elites dress in ruffles, lace bodices, petticoats and all the works while the lower and middle class (and the eccentric elites) style themselves based on our own retro and vintage pieces. 20's and 30's american and english influance is very heavy.
Princess makes all of her own clothes, she dresses always for style and never for comfort. lol
